It’s inevitable that you will get tired of your fitness routine. Try to get creative with routines and incorporate new exercises to keep things exciting.
For me, I dislike going to the same location and doing the same routine. It grows mundane and makes me less motivated to workout.
Depending on my mood for that day, I will change up my routine. At the moment, my favorite workout is called “Sculptworks” offered at my studio YogaWorks. This involves training that involves lunges, squats, and bicep curls with bursts of cardio. If I miss this class, I will go for a run as an alternative.
Some of my favorite places to run are at the beach and different parks. If I’m not in the mood to leave the house, I will put on a DVD and play upbeat music.
