Everyone has their daily struggles that they endure to get through their day. As much as I love the daily grind, it can lead to various levels of stress and anxiety.
My stress starts at 5:30 AM everyday. I work for eight hours and drive through Los Angeles traffic for an hour both ways. Not only do I manage my blog, I also have a Virtual Assistant business on the side while working a 9-5 job. As much as I love staying busy, the stress of being on a tight schedule does drive me a little crazy.
I’ve found exercising to be the most effective way for me to unwind for the day. After an intense workout, I feel relieved after releasing all my built up anxiety and tension.
The feeling after a work is indescribable. My mood changes and I feel invincible. I recommend that people take at least 30 minutes out of their day to get some fresh air and exercise. For me, I love going for walks outside, even if it’s just around the block.
When you are feeling down, just get out and get moving.
